Project Background:

As times change, old factories have lost their original functions; each of these historic red-brick buildings holds a dormant history, recounting the memories of a generation. The renovation of these old factory buildings preserves their cultural heritage, allowing their former glory to remain as timeless as ever in the present.
Project Objectives:
The imprints of time are unique, irreplicable symbols. Building upon the preservation of their original appearance, the project focuses on revitalizing the existing space within these historic buildings and restoring the ecological balance of their surroundings. Using creative shipping containers and mobile retail units as vehicles, the project aims to modernize the spaces, systematically reorganizing and reconstructing the existing spatial layout and commercial environment of these historic structures.
Operational Results:
The renovation of the old factory has reintegrated retail, dining and entertainment, cultural and creative markets, and social entertainment into the space, creating a new mixed-use model that integrates commerce, tourism, and culture. This has revitalized the commercial vitality of the urban district and breathed new life into the old factory.
