To promote the economic development of the commercial district and enhance its business mix, Chongqing Qijiang Wanda Plaza undertook a renovation and upgrade of its commercial street. This project adopted a mobile commercial scenario planning approach to transform the plaza into a themed commercial street and improve the supporting facilities within the area, thereby meeting the daily needs of local residents. In addition, the plaza’s layout was redesigned while retaining its existing amusement facilities, making efficient use of the site’s resources to create a benchmark for commercial development.

 This upgrade and renovation has successfully driven the economic prosperity of the surrounding area. The district features a starry sky theme, with an overall style that is fresh and unique. Upon entering the district, shops of various designs unfold before visitors. The district is adorned with landscape decorations in different styles, and under the illumination of the lights, the atmosphere is truly captivating.
